He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Frederiksen (Scott) of Marinette and Kyle Hurkmans (Chelsea) of Menominee; his grandchildren, Sariah, Faith and Emmaline Frederiksen; his brother Doug Hurkmans (Joan) of Milwaukee; and his caregiver Kristy Bichler. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
