Wendy Hatala Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 8, 2025, at the age of 69, Wendy Hatala of Escanaba, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Joseph Viau and Margaret Viau (Gardner); her husband Terry Hatala; her grandchildren, Marcus Fassbender, Ecko Fassbender, Cheyenne Dolaskie and Mother Margaret Nault (Steve) of Escanaba; her siblings, Joe Viau San Diego, Chuck Viau Escanaba (Ann) and Candy Benoit (Todd) of Wells; her stepdaughter Whitney Hatala Menominee; her stepgrandchild Legend of Menominee; her mother-in-law Kay Helmuth Menominee; her sister-in-law Stacey Hatala Marquette; and her sons, David and Brian Fassbender. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
