In the sacred silence of farewell, Wilhelmine is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Esser and Maria Esser (Jahtzen); and her son Peter Tribbels. She is survived by: her husband Jim Savola; and her son Geoffrey Savola of Kentucky. She is also survived by one grandson; three granddaughters; and numerous in-laws and nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM and on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the New Life Church (2005 8th Ave S, Escanaba, MI 49829).
