He was predeceased by : his parents, Earl W. "Sonny" Weissert and Helen M. Weissert (Bouty). He is survived by : his wife Vickie of Escanaba; his children, Stephanie McGlothlin (Matt), William S. Weissert (Schar), Chad Weissert, Robert Hervert and Erin DeGrave (Jerry); his grandchildren, Kimberly, Matt, Colten, Cora, Cari, Nicole, Bella, Aniela, Angela and Gabriella; and his siblings, Peggy Klapper and Robert Weissert. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Bill's name may be made to the Escanaba Seventh Day Adventist Food Pantry, as he was a member of the Escanaba Seventh Day Adventist Church.
