He is survived by: his children, Tyler Lewis of Reed City, Amber Lintemuth (Brandon) of Evart and Kenneth Eastman (Kayla) of Evart; his grandchildren, McCoy, Myles Lintemuth, Penelope Neiberger, Anna Marie Eastman, Madison, Mackenzie Lewis and Gaige Ryan; his brother Mitchell Eastman (Cynthia) of Mississippi; and his friend Gary Clark of Evart. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews cousins, extended family, and friends.
