He was predeceased by: his parents, Darrel Booher and Cleo Booher (Knoop); his wife Carolyn O'Neil; and his siblings, Bonnie McKay (James), Darwin Booher and Linda Sherman.
He is survived by: his children, Tim Booher (Daylasue), Lori Copeman (Shawn), Tonya Henderson (Bob), Holly Schaffer (Joe) and Gary Vanmidde; and his sister-in-law Janice Booher. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, extended family and close friends.
