She was loved and cherished by many people including: her daughter Helen; her husband Thomas Young; her close friends, Kay and Sterling McLachlan; her children, Thomas R. Young of Evart, Cindy McDonald (Charles) of Draper and Tami Salinas (Steve) of Marne; her grandchildren, Dustin (Michelle), Brandon (Michelle), Jordan (Katy), Lela (James Bissett), John and Matt; her sister-in-law Barb Young; her siblings, William Curtis (Colleen) and Dorothy Benedict (Ladro); and her in-laws, William Young (Corinne), Elizabeth McMahon (William "Mack"), Nell Mauck (Warren) and Charles "Pete" Young.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Sears Church of God. A funeral service will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be directed to Edison Christian Assisted Living in Grand Rapids where she resided.
