Janice Marie Ferguson Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Janice Marie Ferguson of Evart, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 27, 2025 at the age of 74. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Janice Marie Ferguson to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Schlottman and Christena Schlottman (Bluhm); and her stepfather Jay Weeden of Reed City. She is survived by: her daughter Amie Marie Paquette; her significant other Bruce G. Ferguson; her sons, Scott Paquette (Joy) of Big Rapids and Nicholas "Nick" Paquette (Rachel) of Dorr; her grandchildren, Harley DeYoung (Cody), Coltan Hughston, Kara Paquette and Jake Paquette; her siblings, Richard Schlottman (Glenda) of Temecula, David Schlottman (Mary) of East China and Karla Mansell (Les) of St. Clair; and her stepbrothers, Carl Weeden (Michelle) of East China and Jeff Weeden of Bay City. She is also survived by five children and their families, numerous nieces and nephews, church family and friends.

In lieu of flowers the family is requesting memorial donations be made to Calvary Baptist for Vacation Bible School which Jan was passionate about.
