He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Edwards and Dorothy Edwards (Holderman). He is survived by: his sons, Chris Edwards (Michelle) and Drew Edwards (Denise); his grandchildren, Emily Smith (Frankie), Brendon Edwards (Nicole) and Josh Montgomery; his great grandchildren, Owen, Oliver, Skyler, Nolan, Josh and Elizabeth; his siblings, Vicki Sarracino (Bob), Melvin Edwards (Angel), David Edwards and Dan Edwards (Alyson); and his significant other Susan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Chippewa Lake Cemetery (19600 E Chippewa Dr, Rodney, MI 49342).
