He is survived by: his wife Linda Witbeck (Maneke); his siblings, Ron Witbeck (Diana), Gail Witbeck (Deloris), Dan Witbeck (Debra), Lori Alexander (Jack) and Kevin Witbeck (Brenda); his children, Chad Witbeck, Chantel Wineman (Tim), Ben Grant and Kelly Grant; his grandchildren, Cameron (Thao), Chance (Felice), Devan, Caden Witbeck, Joshua Rice, Sean (Kayla) and Kloie Wineman; and his great grandchildren, TJ, Cassius, Sage, Isla and Zara.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the family to go towards his final expenses.
