He was predeceased by: his parents, John Mulkerns and Flora Mulkerns. He is survived by: his wife Christine; his children, Elizabeth Campbell (Daniel) and Seon Mulkerns (Beth); and his brother John Mulkerns (Sharon). He is also survived by four grandchildren; and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
