He is survived by: his wife Donna Chapman; his daughters, Mollie Testani, Cynthia Chapman and Pamela Todoroff (Chapman); his granddaughters, Emily Testani (Tim Simpson) and Natalie Bewak; and his great grandchildren, Ty Bewak, Niko Quigley, Colette Quigley, Leo Quigley and Harper Quigley.
