She was predeceased by : her parents, Delbert Phillips and Roselphia Phillips (Kenny); her stepmother Iva Phillips (Hulslander); her former life partner Noel Batterbee; and her sister Norma Ritchie.

She is survived by : her children, Richard Noel Batterbee (Rebecca), Judith Rose Gasco (Allen) and Ellen Spes (Fredrick); her grandchildren, Donald Hoffman (Julie), Thomas Hoffman (Jennifer), Emily Rose Batterbee, Daniel Wagner (Regina), Adam Batterbee (Bethany), Kimberly Ennis (Kenneth), Kathryn Benson (Joseph) and Alicia Gasco (Corbey Homan); and her sister Elaine Hartel of Clinton Twp, MI. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren.
