It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Craig M. Moilanen of Farmington Hills, Michigan, who passed away on April 3, 2024, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by : his parents, Cindy Moilanen and John Moilanen; his children, Jessica, Emily and Johnny; his sister Amy; his nieces and nephews, Jordan, Jenni and Molly; and his former life partner Kristin.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 5th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Thayer-Rock Funeral Home (33603 Grand River Ave, Farmington, MI 48335). The lying in state was held on Saturday, April 6th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Emmanuel Lutheran Church (23425 Lahser Rd, Southfield, MI 48033). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 6th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

Per the family's request memorial contributions may be directed to ALS of Michigan, Angela Hospice or Emmanuel Lutheran Church.
