He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Lewis and Marjorie Lewis (Shall); his husband William Wade; and his brother John Lewis. He is survived by: his siblings, James Olson (Vicki), Connie Lancaster, Blair Lewis (Patti) and Fred Lewis. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
