He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law Robert Laskowski. He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Ann Laskowski; his children, Diane O'Neil Hill (Thomas), Douglas Edward "Chip" O'Neil Jr. (Carla Rosenblum) and Deborah Ann O'Neil Walker (Michael); his sister-in-law Arlene Laskowski; his grandchildren, Jessica Hill Lovely (Evan), Lauren Hill Hubbard (Drew), Kelsey O'Neil (Michael Forester), Kerby O'Neil and Kale O'Neil (Allison Erickson); his great grandchild Malone Meyers; and his grandchildren, Bridger Lovely, Arlo O'Neil and Abram Barabe.
