George Denes Obituary

We are sad to announce that on August 10, 2025, George Denes of Farmington Hills, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the vast expanse of eternity, George shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid George farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Monica Owens (Clifford), Ryan Denes and Zach Denes (Molly); his grandchildren, Christopher Owens, Holly Thornton (Jacob) and Autym Denes; and his siblings, Leslie Denes and Judith Ehrmann (late Alexander). He was also cherished by many loving nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.

A funeral service was held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Dorfman Chapel- Main Chapel. A shiva was held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 at 7:00 PM and.
