He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Maxey and Mildred Maxey (Penny). He is survived by: his wife Dolores Marie Kopke; his children, Christine Zoltowski (Thomas) and Keith Maxey (Karen); his grandchildren, Thomas Zoltowski (Kristin), Zachary Zoltowski (Allison) and Alexander Zoltowski; and his great grandchildren, Brooks and Charlotte Zoltowski.
