He was predeceased by : his spouse Beverly Kurtis; his parents, Irene Kutinsky and Karl Kutinsky; and his sibling Leslie Kutinsky. He is survived by : his children, Shellie Koren Kurtis (Moshe Koren) and Kevin Kurtis; and his sister-in-law Donna Kutinsky. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
