Nicholas John Westphal Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Nicholas John Westphal of Farmington Hills, Michigan, born in Midland, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 22, 2025 at the age of 40. He was predeceased by: his father Frederick A. Westphal; and his grandparents, John, Leona Gielda (Kitts), Frederick H. and Charlotte Westphal (Schalk).
He is survived by: his mother Connie Westphal (Gielda); his siblings, Christopher Westphal and Tanya Westphal; his aunts, Susan and Sandra Westphal; his uncle Thomas Gielda; and his nephew Jacob Orvis.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Agnes Catholic Church (2500 N W River Rd, Sanford, MI 48657). An entombment will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 12:45 PM to 1:00 PM at the New Calvary Cemetery (2743 E Bombay Rd, Midland, MI 48642).
