He was predeceased by: his former wife Barbara Beltzman; his parents, Eva Beltzman and Simon Beltzman; and his mother-in-law Doris Lipson. He is survived by: his wife Linda Pitt Beltzman; his children, Robyn Kaplan (Glenn), Daniel Beltzman (Adi) and Adam Beltzman (Rachel); his brothers, Michael Beltzman (Judy), David Beltzman (Maryann) and Richard Lipson (Christine); and his grandchildren, Hannah Kaplan, Jaden Beltzman, Samantha Kaplan, Cameron Beltzman, Peyton Kaplan, Miles Beltzman, Ariel Beltzman and Eliana Beltzman.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Center for Disaster Philanthropy (CDP) COVID-19 Response Fund to support preparedness, containment, response and recovery activities for those affected by this virus including first responders and the health care communityThe Center for Disaster Philanthropy.
