He was predeceased by: his parents, Temmie Velick and Donald Velick. He is survived by: his spouse Sandy Velick; his children, Brittany Velick, Ally MacDonald (Angus) and Blake Velick; his grandchild Lauren; his siblings, Ken Velick (Marla), Susan Steingold and Marc Steingold; his uncle Bobby Young (Linda); his pet Milo; and his caregiver Deborah Thornton. He is also survived by numerous cousins, friends.
