He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kubat and Grace Kubat; and his son David. He is survived by: his spouse Gayle; his children, Mark (Tammy), Robert and Susan King (Jonathan); his daughter-in-law Angie; his grandchildren, Amanda Booker (Robert), Matthew Kubat, Tyler Kubat, Casey Nowicki (Zach), Nicholas King and Addison King; his great grandchildren, David and Gabriel; and his brother Dennis (Melba).
