He was predeceased by: his parents, Angelo Evangelista and Gilda Evangelista (Turchetti). He is survived by: his wife Anita (Tassi); his children, Angelo, Mark, Catherine Haugen (Leigh) and Linda Evangelista; his daughter-in-law Diane Evangelista (late Mark); his grandchildren, Laura Hovorka (Anthony), Joseph Evangelista, Vincent Evangelista (Brooklyn), Kristen Hammer (Nicholas), Daniel Haugen (Emily), Maria Haugen (Jimmie Kaltz), Michael Haugen, Julia and Anthony Paholak; his great grandchildren, Ashton, Charlie, Theodore Hovorka, Joseph, Andrew, Owen, Benjamin Hammer, Vince and Brooklyn; his siblings, Michael (Joanne), Carl Evangelista (Linda) and Angela Nobbs (Bob); and his close friend Judith Berry-Leitman.
