He is survived by: his wife Melissa; his children, Tyler, Connor and Olivia; and his siblings, Marguerite Cirka (Dave), Mary Cirka (Dan), Patrick Charette (Kara), Ann Marchak (Jim) and Paulette Charette (Mike).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital in honor of Michael Charette.
