He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Baranyai and Elizabeth Baranyai (Abraham); his siblings, Frank Baranyai, William Baranyai and Irene Darocz; his son-in-law Derek Gibb; and his grandchildren, Kyle Gibb, April Braman, Jared Morgan and Vera Pitcel.
He is survived by: his wife Anna Rose "Nancy" Fogel; his children, Stephen G. Baranyai, Jr. (Paige) of Auburn Hills, MI, Denise M. Gibb of Commerce Township, MI, Margaret A. Baranyai of Highland, MI, Teresa E. Bell of Warren, MI, Barbara J. Curtis (Chris) of Brighton, MI, Geralynn M. Morgan (Mike Ruland) of Port Orange, FL, Christopher T. Baranyai (Donna) of Hillman, MI, Judith E. Pitcel of Casco, MI and Daniel P. Baranyai (Heather) of South Lyon, MI; and his sister-in-law Lorraine Baranyai. He is also survived by 28 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren.
