He was predeceased by: his father Basil J. Weaver; his wife Brenda Strothers; his sister Monica; his siblings-in-law, Lynette and Fred Huntoon; and his stepson Larry.
He is survived by: his mother Jeanne Weaver (Henry); his sons, Michael Weaver and Matthew Weaver (Angie); his stepchildren, Melisa, Lisa, Mark, Crystal and Jesse; his siblings, Sue Huntoon (Amos Brasington), Tony Weaver (Pam Worden) and Carista Weaver-Ross (Greg); and his grandchildren, Tucker, Austin, Aiden and Mason. He is also survived by seven step grandchildren six Great-grandchildren.
