She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Martin and Angeline Martin (Bauer); her husband Howard Boulis; her grandson Nicholas Boulis; and her siblings, Betty Russell, Joan Blankenship, Janet Flynn, Russell Martin, Patricia Sweet, Judy Wolfgang and Thomas Martin.
She is survived by: her sons, Robert Boulis of Evart, Dave Boulis of Clare and Brian Boulis of North Chicago, IL.; and her sister-in-law Ruth Martin. She is also survived by her nine grandchildren, her 2 great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions in honor of Sylvia may be directed to the Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church.
