He was predeceased by : his wife Marie Squire (Bushee); his son John; his parents, Roland and Florence; and his sister Joan (Bob).

He is survived by : his siblings, Greg (Val), Bob (Diane), Mike (Elaine), Pat (Al) and Mary (Ron); his daughters, Marcia, Angie (Craig) and Lisa (Aaron); his grandchildren, Nicole, Cassidy, Megan, Cody and Samantha; and his great grandchildren, Maisie and Eli.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Gary's name to Hospice of Holland (270 Hoover Blvd, Holland, MI 49423) or your local humane society.
