She was predeceased by : her parents, Ralph Orr and Susanna Jacobs Orr. She is survived by : her daughter Jackie; her son-in-law Philip Perkins of Beallsville, Ohio; her grandchild Datavion "DJ" Perkins; her siblings, Bob Orr (Lana) of Bethesda, Dave Orr (Nancy), Ken Orr (Cindy) of Belmont, Mike Hardesty (Melody), Ralph Hardesty (Debbie) of Marietta and Patty Ronevich (Jeff) of Martins Ferry; and her sister-in-law Alice Orr of Barnesville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
