He is survived by: his wife Pamela (Smith); his children, Tammy, Leo R III and Melissa; his nieces, Jennifer, Roberta and Adopted; and his grandchildren, Adriana, Chico, Onecimo, Maria, Leo, Matthew, Jesus, Rebecca, Nicholas and Manny. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
