He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Bell and Florence Bell (Heckard); his wife Sally J. Bell (Hutchins); and his son-in-law David Thompson. He is survived by: his children, Judi Thompson, Pam Bell, Daniel Bell (Julie), Julie Evans (Brian), Tom Bell and Becky Lungaro (Tony). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
