Parker; her husband Michael H Carnes; her children, Tabitha Shiver (Tim), Chelsea Barnes (Justin Carter), Michael Carnes Jr., Benjamin (Tamara), Nastassia Carnes (Jesse Schipper) and Nicolause Carnes (Haley Tunstall); her siblings, Chris Parker and Sheila Duncan (Wesley Mitchell); her aunt Rachel Congdon (Doug); and her sister-in-law Debbie Anderson (Ross). She was also cherished by nine grandchildren.
