He was predeceased by: his father Charles Lee; and his siblings, Bobby Rankin and Linda Rankin. He is survived by: his mother Elva Irene Rankin (Browning) of New Hudson; his wife Patricia Anne Lincourt; his children, David Rankin (Stephanie) of Byron, Brandon Rankin (Angelique) of Swartz Creek and Colleen Rankin of Florida; his grandchildren, Madison, Asher, Jaxson, Emmaree and Preslee Rankin; and his siblings, Douglas Rankin (Donna), Gail Wycoff, Deborah Rankin, Kathi Rankin, Cindy Forrester (Hugh), Mary Carter (Robert) and Wayne Rankin (Roseanna). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Calendar Sharp Funeral Homes - Fenton Chapel (1000 W Silver Lake Rd, Fenton, MI 48430). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
