He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Phillips and Zona Phillips (Graham); his wife Sharon; and his siblings, Ronald Phillips, Priscilla Williams, Enos Phillips and C. Percy Phillips.
He is survived by: his children, Lorie Pemberton (Victor), Donna Lutkus-Phillips (Ami), Stephen Phillips (Lisa), Charles Phillips (Amy) and Russell Phillips. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
