We announce the death of Esther May Alderman of Fenton, Michigan, who passed away on September 28, 2026, at the age of 89. Esther will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Marshall C. Warren and Celia I. Warren (Smith); her spouse Dale R. Alderman; her grandson Justin Jeffers; and her daughter-in-law Rennee Alderman.
She is survived by: her children, Renae Jeffers (Joseph), Douglas Alderman (Dani Lynn) and Thomas Alderman (Sheryl); her grandchildren, Quinton Alderman (Liz), Melissa Johnson (Josh), Amanda DeVries (David), Jordan Jeffers (Ashley), Joshua Jeffers, Caleb Alderman (Molly) and Ashley Alderman; her great grandchildren, Rae Anna Hess (Caden), Addyson Bismack, Estella DeVries, Gavin DeVries, Helena DeVries, Justin Jeffers, Nathaniel Jeffers, Kaitlyn Jeffers, Logan Jeffers and Adalynn Jeffers; her great great grandchild Riley Alderman; and her siblings, Clare Warren (June), Allen Warren (Jean) and Duane Warren (Diane). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Fenton United Methodist Church (119 S Leroy St, Fenton, MI 48430). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Oakwood Cemetery (713 Davis St, Fenton, MI 48430).
