He was predeceased by: his former wife Hazel (Galliker); his wife Ruth (Scocur); his parents, George Magyar and Anna Magyar (Luczi); and his siblings, George, Charles, Marion and Margaret.
He is survived by: his children, Daniel Magyar of Rocklin, CA, Michael Magyar of Shelby Twp, Patricia Adams (Robert) of Port Charlotte, FL and Susan Bratton of Warren, MI.; his grandchildren, Nicole Bratton of Royal Oak, MI, Anthony Bratton of Las Vegas, NV, Kristin Adams-Bondy (Patrick) of Niles, MI and Meghan Adams of Ann Arbor, MI.; his great grandchildren, Desmond, River, Alexander, Samuel and Story; and his cousin Dairy. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM at the Temrowski Family Funeral Home (500 Main St, Fenton, MI 48430). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
