He was predeceased by: his parents, James Melrose and Gladys Melrose. He is survived by: his wife Sonja Melrose; his children, Beth Melrose and Stewart Melrose; his granddaughter Angelina Melrose; his sister Phyllis Decaire; and his sister-in-law Diane Lundwall.
