Joanne Ruth left this world on July 7, 2025 at the age of 79, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Taubert and Marvel Taubert (Mueller); her husband Frank William Lukowski; her in-laws, Frank and Geraldine Lukowski; her sister Donna Rigda; her brother-in-law Joseph Rigda; and her sibling's children, Bryan Salgot and Tammy Lange.
She is survived by: her children, Jodi Berry (Wayne) of Grand Blanc, Steven Lukowski of Fenton and Amy Blair (Chris) of Fenton; her grandchildren, Kyle Willoughby, Luke Willoughby (Elizabeth), Ryan Lukowski, Courtney Lukowski, Anna Blair and Kevin Blair; her sister Peggy Lange (Ken) of Bay City; and her sister-in-law Monica Hamman (Bill) of Midland. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St John the Evangelist Catholic Church (600 N Adelaide St, Fenton, MI 48430).
