He is survived by: his wife Connie Marie (Niezgoda); his children, Cheryl Delecki (Matt), Jeffrey Cislo and Gregory Cislo (Michelle); his daughter-in-law Jennifer Cislo; his grandchildren, Alex Delecki (Taylor), Ryan Delecki, Carli Madrid (Carlos), Elise Gillman (Jon), Marissa Delecki, Parker Cislo (Hannah), Drew Cislo (Madison), Cameron Cislo, Grant Cislo (Mikala Hunsinger), Benjamin Cislo (Amber), Sydney Conroy (Patrick) and John "Dutch" Cislo; and his great grandchildren, Ashton, Mia Delecki, Vaida Cislo and Fletcher Cislo.
