He was predeceased by: his sister Madison. He is survived by: his parents, Erica and Jason; his siblings, David, Isabella, Abigail, Jeremy, Lincoln and Jordan; and his grandparents, Vicki, Michael, Daniel, Lori, Brian and Jody. He is also survived by his many great grandparents, aunts, uncles, & cousins.
