She was predeceased by: her parent Hercules Johnson; her husband Len; her mother Lois Johnson Bancroft (Hendricks); Carl Bancroft. She is survived by: her son John (Susan); her grandchildren, Courtney and Jacob; her daughter Elizabeth Herhold (Matt); her grandchild Claire; her sister Julie Dale of El Cajon, CA; her nieces, Erica Dale of Gainesville, FL and Jean Branco (Carmen) of Jeffersonville, PA; her cousins, Diane Childs and Linda Payne (Jim); her friends, Cindy Kowal, Hiliarie Raymond and Eugene Chardoul, MD; Noreen, Rick Kershaw, Carol, John Whaley, Bob Henzarek and Karen Brodie. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
