He was predeceased by: his father David Lozuaway; and his daughter Brittnay Rockafellow. He is survived by: his mother Darlene Lozuaway (Madsen); his wife Dawn E. Merrow; his daughter Marquee Maylum; his sister Michelle Lozuaway; his brother-in-law Josh; and his nephews, Madsen, Campbell and Tristan.
