He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan Perkett and Antoinette Perkett (Olive); his sister LaDonna Burzyck; his brothers-in-law, Edward Burzyck and David Ferguson; and his nephew Brent Perkett.
He is survived by: his siblings, Wayne Perkett (Sheila Wymes) and Evonne Ferguson-Hess (Matthew Hess); and his nieces and nephews, Kristi Jackson, Lisa Ferguson, Melissa Behrendt, Michelle Stepniak, Wayne Perkett, Christopher Ferguson and Matthew Ferguson.
