She was predeceased by: her father William Hofweber. She is survived by: her husband Patrick Dewan; her children, Jack Dewan (Kaylee), Sarah Callard (Garrett) and Maggie Mandle (Quinton); her mother Barbara Hofweber; and her siblings, Phil Hofweber, Lisa McCambridge, Salli McCullough and Jack Hofweber. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to HERO Hartland Teen Center, a cause that reflects her heart for supporting and caring for others.
