He is survived by: his children, Ted Franks, Jr. (Phyllis), Rick Franks (Pat), Janie Mansueti and Judy Franks; and his grandchildren, Tammy, Tim, Leslie, Kelly, Kristy, Jodi, Casie, Angie, Robb, Sami, Jeff, James and Joe. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren.
