He is survived by: his wife Linda Stratton; his children, William Cook II (Sandy) and Amy Marie Facchinello (Jerome); his grandchildren, William Cook III (Jessica), Megan Reaume (Aaron), Michelle Kivari (Lars), Michael Facchinello and Monica Facchinello; his great grandchildren, Ashlyn Reaume, Rohan Reaume, Elias Kivari, William "Liam" Cook IV and Lincoln Kivari; and his sister Carolyn Hill.
