He was predeceased by: his parents, Lou Lake and Ethel Lake; and his siblings, Larry Cope, Virgil Cope, Lloyd Cope and Mary Stidham.
He is survived by: his wife Lily Lake; and his children, Laura (Mike Forcum) of Kalamazoo, Jessie (Doug Billings) of Stanton, Mike Lake (Brandy) of Columbus, Montana, Jason Lake (Jen) of Sheridan, Melissa Lake of Greenville and Vanessa Lake of Lansing, Michigan. He is also survived by his 12 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
