He is survived by: his wife Jennifer; his sons, Jason Lacy (Jessica) of Grandville, Garrett Lacy (Shalie) of Shepherd and William Lacy (Kaitlin) of Fenwick; his grandchildren, Aiden, Liam, Oliver, Gunner, Evalyn and Camden; his parents, William Lacy and Phyllis Lacy of Sheridan; and his sister Christy Mezwicki (Jim) of Grand Rapids.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Simpson Family Funeral Homes (246 S Main St, Sheridan, MI 48884). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Stanton First Congegational Church (305 N Camburn St, Stanton, MI 48888).
To honor Steve's legacy, memorial donations may be made to the Central Montcalm Cross Country Teams, a program close to his heart.
