It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lawrence Alexander of Ferndale, Michigan, who passed away on December 9, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Lawrence may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Oren Alexander and Zita Cecily; his stepfather William Kelly; his siblings, Ronald and Carol; and his siblings-in-law, Mike Sawasky, Donna and Catherine Alexander.

He is survived by: his siblings, Thomas, James, Lois Sawasky and Judy Derry (Willis). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
